How to request a refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to [email protected] with your check ID, or through the payment partner named on your receipt.
Our payment partner is the merchant of record for all our orders and processes refunds under its refund policy. The partner issued your invoice and returns the money to the payment method you used.
If you order as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal. The Terms of service explain how it works with digital services that start right after the order.
Correction guarantee
In addition to the refund process above: if a market surveillance authority objects to a label we delivered, we correct it free of charge and refund the price of that style. Write to [email protected] with your check ID and the authority's notice.
The guarantee applies to the label content we delivered and that you used unchanged. Details, including what it does not cover, are in section 8 of the Terms of service.
